Pomegranate... molasses?

Hey folks,
So I got a little carried away with boiling down fresh pomegranate juice. I now have a thick liquid that looks like molasses and tastes slightly bitter ( I think I scorched it a little). I don't want to throw it out, so what should I use it for? I'm thinking dark chocolate truffles?
