Polish "Hunter Bacon"

So i was at village market in skokie the other day, a place I love because they carry total greek yoghurt, half sour pickles, bende salami with paprika, things like marinated apples (?), about 7,000 varieties of ajvar, el milagro tortillas, good produce at very good prices, and unusual smoked meats like a pink/orange fleshed smoked fish whose name is only in russian and the above item, whose polish name I would include if i had half a chance at getting it even remotely right.

Anyway, the hunter bacon, Mine came from belmont sausage company in elk grove. It's rind-on whole slab bacony goodness without any of the cooking hassle (very nice on hot days)tastes like a cross between a good ham and a fatty "canadian bacon". I'm attaching a link to bobak's description for more info on it

I want more, I want even better (if it's available) - where should I get it?
