In light of the recent Non Stick thread, this has revisited my ponderings on the NS in my kitchen foray (2 sized skillets for eggs, starches) etc. Going to be a tough one on the 12" Anolon Copper for the starchy stuff.
I've minimized alot of oil and butter in the eggs, grilled samwiches, pancakes, etc -- for the sake of kiddos with the NS. LOL, me do miss me some butter ;-0
Anyhow, just thinking outlound. May pick up a Point Two five and try to keep one in season...
Any CH'ers have one ? This would be the 1st all aluminum item in my stash. I did have some steel pieces but it just wasn't for for me, on this similar no non-stick in the household attempt.
