Went to Pluckemin Inn to celebrate Valentines.

The meal did not disappoint. Appetizers were Lobster Salad, and grilled scallops, both were prepared with exquisite attention to detail, blending flavors and colors in a unique way to entice the senses. Lobster tasted fresh like it was pulled out of the ocean along the Maine coast.

Order wine here, as it is their speciality.

Main courses were suckling pig and black bass. The black bass was my fav with the skin seared to perfection and so amazingly flavorful. Dessert was fine, but the memorable item was the ice wine which was somewhat expensive by the glass but a unique flavor.

Price point for this place means its for a special occasion, but this was a meal worthy of the price point.
