I know I can't expect the wonders of a coal oven pie ala Totonno's, Patsy's, Sally's, Frank Pepe's, but I'd settle for good gas oven pizza like Lazarros, V&T's in NYC. A place that uses high quality cheese, makes it's own sauce and hand makes it's dough. Someplace between White Plains and Riverdale. No Pizzeria Uno's please.
