Pizza - Dallas

Looking for great NY style pizza by the slice.

I have been a long time fan of Al's by Bachman lake, but it isn't what it used to be by a long shot.

I like Campisi's, but that's a different discussion entirely.

I have recently tried Central Park in Garland, Lucianos and Sicilianos. All three struggle to meet average.

I like pizza with a slight crunch to the crust, with plenty of cheese. At many so called "greatest pizza in the world" places, the crust is great but the whole pan is swimming in grease, or lacks enough toppings to be good.

Can anyone offer a bit of help in the form of a been there *recently* review or suggestion ? I read the D Magazine article on the Pizza shootout, but have found such reviews to be subjective at best, opinionated at worst. I have tried a couple of the places the article rated very high and can truthfully say Dominos does a better job.

Thanks for the feedback...
