Saw something on TV about some crazy foods one has ever eaten and one of the segments was on Buffalo style deep-fried pig tails. It was made like regular Bufflalo wings but with a slight twist. I have seen fresh pig tails sold at 99 Ranch Markets but rarely at any of the mainstream markets here in LA. Used to be able to see them in LA Chinatown but now it's hard to find. Are there any ethnic markets that offer them here in the south bay?
