I just followed exactly an LA Times receipe for a coconut pie. I used Cisco. I sprinkled in the called-for ice water. The pastry, once again, did not cling together, but as I rolled it out, flaked and separated. I ended up building a patchwork of dough with my fingers. How do you get it to clump together in a ball and then roll out?
