I'd appreciate some guidance on pickling. I've just made 4 batches of Mustard picklesand Chow. I did not put the bottles through a hot water canning bath after I filled the jars.
What to do now?
If I store the jars in the fridge, will this ensure safety?
Should I reboil the contents and go through the sterilization steps this time including a processing bath after refilling sterilized jars.
Do I just discard and start over again?
