I recently traveled to Morocco for vacation, and of course I enjoyed the magnificent food there. I took a cooking class, and learned to cook some tagines. One of the ingredients in a lot of Moroccan cooking is pickled lemon. I've started making my own, but the process takes two months. And I can't wait that long to start cooking some Moroccan dishes.
Does anyone know any place in L.A. where one can purchase pickled lemons?
