Help me pick a Saute Pan (Sautoir)

mkqq | Nov 28, 202112:44 AM     69

Hello all,

I have a few Demeyere pieces and they are great, as well as a Le Creuset 6.7L Dutch Oven. I got a Le Creuset 30cm Braiser but I find its usable surface and volume (3.5L) too small, so I plan to return it.

I would love an Atlantis series 28cm Saute Pan but unfortunately my oven doesn't accommodate the long handle. So I'm limited to Saute Pans with 2x short handles.

Can someone provide some recommendations? I can't seem to find the "perfect" Saute Pan (Sautoir). I would love a Demeyere John Pawson but the price is extremely high!

Ideally it will be about 28cm, around 4.5L in volume, large flat bottom surface, and with two short handles.

No non-stick Teflon please.

So far I haven't found a good option.

Many thanks
