I was in the area today so I stopped at Pho Viet for a late lunch. The only mention of it here was in 2012, soon after it opened, so I thought I'd post about it even though I'm no connoisseur of Vietnam food. I had the Lemon Grass Chicken ($11 + $1 for brown rice), "Stir fried with onions, lemon grass, a touch of curry and topped w/ peanuts". It was quite good, and also a larger portion than the photo seems to indicate. It seemed to be about 1/2-1/2 chicken-onions which was fine with me. I was so hungry I ate it without trying the several condiments, especially the red house-made sauce, that I had intended to try. Give this place a try and see what you think. It was about 1/2 full at a very late lunch time today so it seems to be popular.
