Peppers and egg

Now that Lent is almost over I'm wondering if chowhounds have any updated intelligence on pepper and egg sandwiches in the Chicago area. Not having had the opportunity to scout this year, I have to admit that I have nothing but memories to contribute: a little stand in Bridgeport, at Keely and 31st. called The Shack--good sandwiches from fresh peppers, onions, eggs.
