I'm thinking of treating my parents to Peking Duck for Christmas. First of all, I've never had duck before.
How does it taste? Fat, gamey, greasy? Does it taste like lamb? I like all meats but detest lamb hence my apprehension in eating duck for the first time.
Also, do you know of a place (Manhattan or Flushing) that serves excellent Peking Duck (with all the fixings), that I can take-out?
