For years now I refuse to order any pasta dish with red sauce, marinara or meat, or as my grandparents would say... gravy. My grandparents always made their own from tomatoes and herbs grown in their garden. Everyone I know loves to go out for Italian and I found that over the years I was never happy with any pasta sauce other than the family's. The only place that ever came close was Randazzo's Clam Bar in Brooklyn. Obviously their is some great Italian in the city but I'm sooooo wanting a nice bowl of past with gravy and am willing to give it a try again. Who do you think has the best?
