"Passage 53" - Must-Eat, up & coming Michelin establishment... True or False??

Charles Yu | Jun 7, 201810:19 AM     2

An avid and prolific food blogger friend of mine highly suggested that I should somehow include the 2* ' Passage 53 ' into my already cramped itinerary!

Together with L'Arpege, she told me Passage53 are the two current 'must-eat' fine dining places in Paris. The latter, THE up and coming Michelin place in the city!

Though recipient of multiple 5 stars rating on Tripadvisor and Yelp, some 'recent' low 1 and 2 star 'disappointing' rating raised red flags in my decision making!

To date, I have not come across any thumbs-up recommendation on this board. Is my friend's comment 'True or False '? Shall we take a gamble and try Passage 53 out? Being a 2* even their luncheon menu is quite steep!

Thx in advance!
