At a recent visit to a farmer's market I came across an herb that was previously unknown to me (I've grown and used quite a large number of cultivars). I'm hoping that someone could share their knowledge/experience gathered through travel/readings. The only reference I could pull is linked below (perhaps the spelling is inaccurate). The raw bite and flavor was not distinctive; some treasures, however, require a light touch to yield their charm ... give me a clue!
