Based on the good reviews here about the dumplings from Wang's Fast Food, I finally had a chance to get out there and got some frozen dumplings. My question is I've boiled them, but now would like to pan fry them. What would be a good way to pan fry them. Should I boil them first, then pan fry or can I defrost and then pan fry?
Also can anyone recommend any good dumpling dipping sauce. Sometimes I'll make my own, but sometimes I just want to pour it out of a bottle. without any fuss.
