Pacific Dining Car last

Go Eagles | Aug 28, 200511:58 PM

Hey yall,

Went to Pacific Dining Car last night for some steaks with my girlfriend and were very dissapointed.
We ordered:
1)Roquefort Cheese and iceberg lettuce salad- The salad was very dry, not enough dressing and cheese. We asked the waiter for a side of dressing and some more of the cheese only to be denied. We couldnt believe. Finally he came back, took our plates to the kitchen and brought them back with a mound of cheese and drenched in dressing...we complained and got the salad taken off of our check.
2)Shrimp Cocktail-The shrimp were rubbery which was unfortunate because the cocktail sauce was wonderful with a perfect blend of tomato sauce and spices
3)T bone- had to send it back twice because the grill chef couldnt figure out how to cook it medium
4)Filet with crab cakes- had to send back the filet once after arriving to the table burnt. The crab cakes were very fishy and soggy with a terrible after taste.
5)side of aspagus- over done, mooshy and stringy...with it they brought a side of cold hollandaise sauce...

all in all will never go again, dont understand the hype. Ive had better meals at outback steakhouse and will choose Mortons over this place in a heart beat.
