I dined at Pachi this evening, my wife and I split two appetizers and a main dish.

Crab Cakes are big and full of crabmeat, on a bed of mixed green lettuce with toasted corn which was crunchy similar to corn nuts but not that hard.

Pachi's Risotto was delicious with two grilled scallops and two grilled prawns on top.

The Grilled Snapper was in a bowl with a light tomato based sauce (similar to a boullabaise) and topped with more grilled scallops and prawns, and calimari, clams and mussells which were cooked in the sauce.

Accompanied by two Peruvian Pilsners.

The total bill was $34.00

It is a very warm (color and atmosphere) room with salsa playing in the background. I chuckled because I was listening to Latin Jazz as we were driving and my wife had asked me to change the channel.

The service was prompt and attentive. The server apoligized for not having plantains and exchanged the crabcakes instead.
