Restaurateur Anna Mallozzi has taken over management of Tauk Kitchen in Armonk. It is located on Armonk Square, the shopping complex next to DeCicco's Market. Anna told us she previously operated Annarella's on The Green in Corning on Hudson, N.Y. She confided she has big plans for the contemporary sight, which currently specializes in Montauk-themed seafood. Even a name change. During milder months Tauk and the Square bustle with outdoor diners enjoying Montauk Lobster Rolls, Lobster Cobb Salad, Cod Fish & Chips, Rib Eye Steak, and hand cut Truffle Fries. Look for more Italian specialties in coming weeks. Meanwhile, to warm things up a bit, Anna told us she will have a live keyboard on Saturday evenings starting 2/27, 3/13 & 2/20.
