I have 4 lovely lamb shoulder chops that I marinated in lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and marjoram, salt and pepper. I was going to cook them tonight when my husband announced that he'd eating the leftovers from last night and wasn't hungry for dinner. The chops have been marinating since yesterday afternoon. I'm wondering if they could hold up until tomorrow night.
I'd cook them now, eat my share, and let the rest stay overnight, but in my opinion, cooked lamb isn't great the next day.
