A few years ago, I was having dim sum at a place on Wilshire, right around WLA/Santa Monica with a colleague. She ordered something off the menu I'd never heard of--ong choi, some sort of greens which came sauted with lots of garlic & ginger and probably soy sauce, I'm guessing. It was delicious. What is it and where can I get some? I've never seen on a single Chinese menu. I think I even asked for it by name at another place but they didn't have it. By the way, does anyone know the name of the dim sum place I'm referring to?
