Took my husband to Taku for father's day and we both had their 6 course Omakase but the chef was generous and gave us 8 courses. My teenage son had the grilled Berkshire Pork and gyozas. All the dishes we sampled were incredibly good. Only kink was that my son waited for his entree until we were on our 4th course and the waitress came with a bowl of Taku Ramen, their signature noodle dish. My son politely stated we didn't order it, but he was still waiting for his entree. So the waitress walked away with the soup, but shortly returned expressing apologies from the chef and offering us the Ramen to try. That was nice of them. We ended up having 2 bottles of their Kamozumi "Summer Snow" Nigori Ginjo, which was unfiltered sake served cold. The entire dinner was wonderful and sake refreshing!
