Trying to figure out which restaurant does something different with their olive oil/vinegar concotions for dipping bread. I've been to places that have something that looks like olive oil with some garlic and something green (parsley?), and would like to find a local place - largely because I am trying to figure out how to make it myself.
There was a place in SF that had something like this, but I can't recall what was in it. It almost looks like a chimichurri sauce, but not as potent.
Even if you can't name a place, if you think you know the ingredients, please let me know.
