Welcome to our DOTM reporting thread for October 2021. Our dish this month is bolognese. Bolognese is a meat-based sauce that (ta-da!) originated in Bologna. It is normally served over pasta or in lasagna, but have at it if you have other ideas (over polenta?). I’ve seen vegetarian versions with mushrooms and/or lentils. I’m looking forward to trying it with Impossible Meat. EYB is showing 467 online recipes.
