The English name doesn't quite give anything away, but I've seen this place slowly getting fixed up for grand opening since last year!

I didn't want to post a post like this, where I've not eaten at the place, and just blindly telling people to check it out for me.

Unfortunately, I'm not in Flushing as often these days, and am not rich enough these days to just get lots of stuff to go to try.

And yet, I see this restaurant has been quite popular recently.

Also, my last trip in China I got to sample some Northeaster China that was quite awsome (a stew of pork belly with sour cabbage and oyster being a highlight! drool....By the way, the Northeastern "sour cabbage" is made of a whole head of preferrably frost bitten Napa cabbage, not the cabbage we usually think of)

So, 1)if anyone is looking for Northeastern Chinese food, here's one place.

2)if anyone just wants to go and try, just know that the "noodles" in the "Triple Delight Noodle Soup" and the "House Special Noodle Soup" are probably made from something similar to the Austria Spaetzle. In Chinese it's called "Ge Da".

Under the Beef/Lamb section, when it says Chili Pepper, in for example, "Crispy Lamb w.Chili Pepper", there's also the Northerner's favorite grilling spice, cumin used.
Under the Pork sectionk I suspect the Prok w/sour cabbage & Rice noodle is the dish that I liked while in China. They probably don't add oysters here, though.

I will report back if I actually get to eat there any time soon!
