NOON-O-KABAB AN AUTHENTIC REVIEW

Well to start of positively the feta cheese was incredible. i stay off feta cheese becos it is mostly stale. but i heard one woman say " do they have goats tied up outside"?it is that fresh. the tandouri is not that great, its a bit rubbery. I ordered the lamb shank with dill rice. the rice was good and dry, perfectly done. the lamb shank could have been better, maybe more marinated? or a better quality meat? my girl ordered the kabab plate. not at all great, the chicken was undercooked. overall 7/10. where is the traditional kourma and the mild spiced sauced dishes made with saffron? I remember having some great persian food of that sort in houston.
