NOLA Shortlist advice

kitkat614 | Apr 8, 201408:41 AM

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend and I are heading to NOLA for the first time in two weeks for Jazzfest and are trying to make a solid shortlist of places to check out. We'll be staying in the FQ and will be at the fest all day Fri, Sat and Sun (and expect to do a lot of eating there) but have all day Thursday and Monday to explore and do touristy things. We are in our twenties and love food/drinks and aren't looking for anything too fancy, but rather just want to get a good taste of the best local spots and have some fun. Here's our short list so far...any recommendations or feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks, all!
