Nobu-style Saikyo Miso

My black cod fillets are in my fridge happily marinating in the Saikyo Miso. I have a lot of the aromatic marinade leftover and my question to you fellow hounds is what would you use it for? Would it be wasted on defrosted salmon/orange roughy fillets for example? Do you think the marinade would spoil in the fridge or is it something I can save for a while until I feel like black cod again? Any recs and suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
