That are unrelated to either whether it is worth the money or how to get a reservation (both of which seem to be covered thoroughly on this board). I know these are really nitpicky, but I couldn't find any answers on the board. Apologies in advance for adding to the FL flood on this board.
1. How much can I expect to spend with wine pairings, and how do wine pairings work (I'm comfortable w/ 700-800 total for two, but would like to avoid going much higher). The posts I've seen have been a tad hazy on how to control for price when letting the sommeiller choose the wine. This is for lunch this week.
2. Dress code - I'm from the East Coast, and I'm used to "jackets" meaning a suit. Will I be out of place w/o a tie?
3. Do they take requests in advance (e.g. coffee and donuts)?
Think that's about it. Everything else seems to be google-able (is that a word?).
