We will be in Budapest for two nights at the end of July before going on a river boat cruise. Looking for Hungarian Cuisine and love dining at Michelin starred restaurants as well. Torn between Onyx, Costes Downtown(original is closed the nights we are there) and Borkonyha. Would love suggestions! Thinking one of them and then a more casual for the second night. Wanted to go to Olimpia but they will be closed for renovation at that time. Thinking possibly Mak Bistro, Rosenstein Vendeglo, Halászbástya Étterem or Náncsi Néni Vendéglője. Also want to try Stand 25 Bisztro but they will only be open for lunch days we are there so might do that.
Would also love advice on a food tour for one day, anyone you might recommend for foodies... Thanks in advance!
