Newbie needs help roasting 10lbs skinned salmon

I am planning to buy one of those 10lb skinned salmons from Costco to serve at a dinner party this weekend. I would normally cook salmon in teh oven for about 10 minutes per inch at 400 degrees. I've never cooked this much at one time though, so wanted to make sure that this was the same approach I should follow.
