A few years ago at a Diwali party I was lucky enough to sample a dish of what I think was a mixture of mustard, broccoli rape, or other bitter greens tempered with a little bit of spinach, some mild curry spices, and yogurt. It was fabulous and I have been trying to recreate it ever since.
Can anyone provide me with a recipe and a name for this dish? The closest I've been able to come up with has been Sarson Ka Saag, but the recipes I've found don't include yogurt. I'm sure there was yogurt in the Diwali dish.
