Mustard flavored dishes

After several years of longing for NY style eggrolls, it's now occurring to me that half the fun is the spicy mustard you dip them into to. I've come across two dishes in the East Bay that have a strong mustard flavor, and I love them both. The first is the double skin noodles at Great China (currently closed due to a fire) and the second is the mustard calamari at Spices III.

Are there any common dishes or restaurant specialties (Chinese otherwise) that I should try out?
