Had a spectacular Omakase at Morimoto,the highlight of which was The KOBE tataki .
Incidentally had an unplanned trip to NY on saturday and ended up at BAR Masa.....More Kobe Tataki...delicious.
We asked the chefs at Morimoto and they apparently get the meat from Snake River Farms.
Google it if you want some good meat.
We ordered a couple of Ribeyes..while outlandishly expensive were supremely delicious.
Just thought I wouldshare the source with any discerning chowhounds who order steaks online.
