I suppose the answer is no, because it's been in business forever ...
My mom's planning (another) family gathering and it looks like it's back to The Odyssey.
I don't get it. By now, we've all seen the view. Oooooh ... look ... the San Fernando Valley. (To tell you the truth, it isn't much different than the view from the room in my folks house where I slept growing up.)
But the food is so ... umm ... so ... ordinary.
The brunch is just brunchy. The same omellette bar, the same carved whatever, the same ...
I don't think it's terrible. It's fine, decent.
But I don't get why we go back there so much.
Does anyone else's mom love The Odyssey? Does anyone eat there by choice ... or just when they've got some family dinner to attend?
