Maybe a tall request. Husband & I are addicted to Breyers mint choc chip ice cream. We have an ice cream maker at home & have tried 3x, unsuccessfuly, to make a light (not full fat, my stomach can't take it) version using 1% milk & cornstarch. Getting close texturaly, but it still tates like frozen Binaca. Keep putting in less Peppmint extract, but not helping. Could also be smoother/creamier. Any advice?? Thanks.
