I had lunch at Minerva today, and it was much better than the last time I went there. I guess it depends on who is cooking. The curd cheese was tastier than it looks, and a terrific tongue soother with the spicier food (thanks to whoever recommended it). I also particularly liked a tofu dish although I couldn't recognize the herbs in the sauce. The sign just said, "Tofu" with no name for the dish.
Anybody know how to make rice pudding similar to theirs? I think I recognized sweetened condensed milk, with cinnamon, cardamom, cashews and golden raisins. Did I miss anything? I am also crazy about carrot pudding, if anyone has a good recipe for that. Thanks!
