I tried the Salt beer last night. Very light and clean Belgian farmhouse-style ale with brett and umeboshi (Japanese pickled and salted plums). There was a subtle fruitiness from the plums, hard to identify as any specific fruit flavor, and the salt was pretty restrained, a bit like a gose I'd say. Very tasty, and I think it'd pair really well with a good quality smoked fish.
I've only seen the Salt and Sour varieties for sale. For some reason the Sour is roughly 2x the price of the Salt, but given the Salt's quality I'm sure I'll be giving the Sour a try as well.
