In today's Table Talk you mention Todd Bergman and the Butcher's Cafe. You say that Todd came from Sabrina's. Is he ANOTHEr alumni from Sabrina's or the one who camew last November? I seem to remember an almost identical item in you column then. We went in December after they reopened and had a real diaapointing meal and the reviews have been similar.
So, can you please clarify if this is a NEW chef within last couple of weeks? Based on our last meal - December - I have no incentive to go back.
