Gastronomie reports that Switzerland Red Guide 04 has a new two-star -- Chesa Pirani at La Punt-Chamues.
This restaurant is located in a village in the Engadine valley, close to St-Mortiz. Chef is Daniel Bumann.
There are no new three-stars (two in the country).
Six restaurant get their first star in this guide. Among them: Parc des Eaux-Vives at Geneva; Jaan at Montreux; Il Casale at Wetzikon.
Two restaurants lose their single star: Da Veraguth Carnetg at Sagogn, and Zum Baren at Nürensdorf.
