Went to dinner there Friday prior to attending Disney Hall Concert. They had a brand new menu that night. The daily specials on the left side of the menu were printed, but not available (weird).
I had brought a bottle of wine with me and ordered a half bottle from their list prior to dinner. I always eat there on concert days and until now the food has been serviceable. Tonight it was noticeably better.
I had the clam provencel which was meaty and without any grit. My wife ordered their white asparagus (an old favorite) and it was excellent. We shared the endive salad and it was also very good.
The new dishes were mostly fish and I had the baked trout. It came out moist and delicious. My wife's Roti chicken was good as well being a large portion.
Overall, a much better dining experience. Plus, I gave the waiter a taste of the wine we had brought and he waived the corkage fee.
