My turn to prepare/host dinner this Easter. Food allergies to consider include: peanuts, tree nuts, chick peas, and a lactose intolerance.
Main course will be apricot glazed ham and grilled pork tenderloin with peach salsa to accommodate the one's who don't like ham.
Sides will include: a dairy free potato gratin (America's Test Kitchen recipe minus the cheese) and corn pudding for those not lactose intolerant.
Veggies: steamed string beans and ???
Thinking perhaps an asparagus salad to start.
Dessert: ??? Maybe a strawberry tart and ???
