A few questions to answer for this lost confused soul..
1)I passed by this little dumpling place a few months ago in East Village, near Chikalicious. The sign outside had (cartoon) faces that looked fat-cheeked and happy.
I'd like to be fat-cheeked and happy, but I don't remember what it's called or whether it's any good. Any brilliant chowhound know what I'm talking about?
2) Also, I can't seem to find any information about Kenko, on St. Marks near 3rd. Passed by it the other day and saw the line out the door. Anyone know what it is, and if it's good?
Wishlist...ie, if you have time) Best izakaya (sp?) in Manhattan?
Thank you. You guys are swell.
