I made TWO batches of mayo that failed. i use half a lemon.. pinch of salt and pepper... one egg.. squeeze of mustard and 1 cup avocado oil... i poured the oil very slowly into the blender as it was going like i usually do and it never thickened... TWO CUPS OF AVOCADO OIL WASTED... so two questions.. any clue as to why they didn't thicken?... AND.. any ideas on what i can do with this runny mixture so as not to waste it?... thanks for your scientific assessments!!!
