Mauviel Tri-ply Roaster Construction?

SognSpatula | Jan 30, 201705:27 PM     9

Mauviel has a roaster listed under the C'250 line, but the description, but the description says it's "Tri-ply 20/70/10," with the only real description being that it has an aluminum core: http://www.mauvielusa.com/m-heritage/...

Looking through the archives, it looks like others have wondered what it's actually made of, but I couldn't find a clear answer.

Has anyone ever figured out how these are constructed?

And, perhaps more importantly, has anyone used one?
