Does anyone put these pans in a hot oven and, if so, how hot, and was the did the coating on the handle survive unscathed?
I called the manufacturer and they had no idea what temp levels the handle coating was safe in, so I'm reaching out to the people why know stuff.
I just got two of these, a 9.5" and 11", each with a slightly different coating. The coating on the 9.5 is glossy, but not glossy like a deBuyer, and the 11" has a matte finish which, to me, looks much better.
