I recently found the above-mentioned bottle in my parents' kitchen wine rack (on its side, but not in a cool, dark place), along with a Luigi Righetti Amarone "Capitel de' Roari" 1994 and a Bertani Amarone Classico 1999. Which of these, if any, are past their peak and should be opened asap? I have moved them to the cellar where it is cooler, but I am assuming that their inferior storage conditions have had some kind of irreversible impact.
I'd love to hear any and all opinions/advice re: these wines. Thanks in advance!
