So, today is supposed to be opening day for Chef Mark Peel's seafood concept in the Grand Central Market in DTLA.
“Bombo is Spanish slang for kettle drums and we cook with kettles so we’re kind of riffing off the name,” explained Peel. “It’s rhythmic and slang for something that is over-the-top and fun.”
